WALES — Leavitt junior Josh Bunker allowed only two hits and one walk, leading Leavitt to a 7-1 KVAC baseball victory over Oak Hill in the teams’ season opener.

The Hornets led only 3-1 until the sixth, when they erupted for four runs with two out. Jake Ouellette cleared the bases with a shot to left field, his second hit of the day.

Matt Bilodeau, Tyler Hutchinson and Brandon MacDonald each added a hit for Leavitt.

Josh Martin made it a pitchers’ duel through five frames with a solid start for the Raiders.
