AUBURN — Buffalo Wild Wings Brew Crew opened up with the Auburn Men’s Middle Division softball season with a 13-5 win against the scrappy J-Mac’s team under the lights at Pettengill Park.

New additions Eric Piper and Mike “Lumberjack” Rioux both went 2-for-4 and recently un-retired Moe Gauthier returned to go 3-for-4. Backed by Jeff Dionne’s 3-for-4 showing at the plate and excellent pitching on the mound with superb defense behind him, the Crew cruised to an opening-day victory.

BWW Brew Crew’s next game will be Thursday at 6:15 p.m. at Tribou Field.
