Yvette Gosselin helps out at a garage sale to benefit Haiti at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Lewiston on Saturday. The hospital hoped to raise between $1,500 and $2,000 for the two charities it supports, the St. Boniface Haiti foundation and Free the Kids. “We haven’t been able to send a team to Haiti since the earthquake, but they’re never far from our thoughts,” said Jill Hurd, a member of the hospital’s Haiti Committee.
