* Michael M. Jack, 40, of Buckfield, May 5, operating under the influence, $500 unsecured bond, Paris Police Department.

* Samantha J. Roakes, 30, of Norway, May 5, theft and violation of bail condition, Oxford Police Department.

* Nicholas D. Hart, 34, of Buckfield, May 6, failure to appear for operating after suspension charge, $750 cash bail, Maine Warden Service.

* Shannon M. Merriam, 41, of Rumford, May 6, operating without a license and operating under the influence, $800 cash bail.

* Jerrett O. Buono, 35, of Rumford, May 7, domestic assault, Rumford Police Department.
