AUBURN — Becket House of Auburn has named Lisa DelleChiaie as executive director and Larissa Young as program coordinator.

DelleChiaie comes to Becket Family of Services with more than 20 years’ experience in residential management. Most recently, she was assistant director at community resources for Justice in Massachusetts. She will oversee program operations at Becket House as well as program design and development in Massachusetts.

Young, who has been program manager at Community Resources for Justice in Massachusetts for the past four years, will oversee all functions necessary to run a successful residential program, including the management of staff, having therapeutic interactions with residents, and a positive team approach.

Before joining Becket House, Young worked with women suffering from borderline personality disorders. She served as a human rights officer where she ensured that both the clients’ human rights and civil rights were in place. She is also a trainer of PAC, the organizations de-escalation and restraint protocol.

The Becket House at Auburn is a program for girls ages 8-20 who need stabilization and short-term residential treatment. For more information or for referrals, call 376-4865.
