* Roland Foster, 40, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, 11:45 a.m. May 10 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $300 cash bail. A court date had yet to be scheduled.

* Katherine Capponi, 31, Rumford, domestic violence assault, May 10 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Jaretto Buono, 35, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 1:50 a.m. May 7 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Christopher Cook, 34, Campbellsville, Ky., out-of-state operating after suspension, 8:45 p.m. May 7 on Congress Street. He was released on $600 secured bail.

* Lillian Depietro, 33, Livermore Falls, operating after the influence, 10:56 p.m. May 5 on Route 2. She was released on personal recognizance bail.

* Scott Walton, 44, Dixfield, violation of a protection order, 7:10 p.m. May 4 on Hancock Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Joel Richard, 24, Rumford, violation of a protection from abuse order, 11:40 a.m. May 3 on River Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Charles Hamilton, 46, Rumford, burglary and theft, 9:33 a.m. May 3 on Rangeley Place. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on July 5 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

* David Gallant, 49, West Haven, Conn., operating under the influence, 1:39 a.m. April 28. He was released on $600 cash bail and will be arraigned on June 5 in Rumford District Court.
