RUMFORD — Graveside services for Kevin B. Milligan of Rumford were conducted May 11, at St. John Cemetery with David Blouin officiating. Military honors were conducted by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program from Augusta. Arrangements were under the care of the MEADER & SON FUNERAL HOME.
