LEWISTON — Maine Center for Women, Work, and Community will be offering a five-week self-esteem course at its Lewiston Center at the University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College.

The classes are Thursdays, June 7, 14, 21, 28 and July 5, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

The classes will help participants understand and assess their self-esteem and build self-confidence. The instructors will discuss concrete tools to raise self-esteem and build confidence to help in job searches and career planning.
