LAKE WORTH, Fla. — Richard G. Mazzone, formerly of Lewiston, passed away May 6, in Florida.

He was born Nov. 30, 1950, in Malden, Mass., to Gaetano Mazzone and Dorothy (Mazzone) Masaitis.

He is survived by his wife, Denisa; his son, Michael and wife, Gabrielle; his grandchildren, Grace and Deacon; four sisters, Margie (Ray) Gagne, Dolores Price, Lorraine Robertson and Eileen (Dana) Rappold.
