CANTON — Isabelle Dunsmoor Flagg Morgan, 92, formerly of Livermore Falls and loving mother of nine, went Home to be with the Lord, Friday morning, May 18, at the Victorian Villa Nursing Home in Canton.
She was born on Aug. 19, 1919, in Livermore Falls, the daughter of Maurice and Grace (White) Dunsmoor. She attended Livermore Falls and Portland Schools.
Isabelle was a member of the Grange as a young woman and later the Nazarene Church in Livermore Falls.
Her greatest pleasure in life was spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will also be remembered as a wonderful cook and baker.
She is survived by her nine children, Rose Cummings and her husband, Dan, of Muldrow, Okla., John Flagg and his wife, Jody, of Turner, William Flagg and his wife, Lillian, of Jay, Cleora Brewster of Lewiston, Ernest Morgan and his companion, Rita Gleason, of Wilton, Robert Morgan and his companion, Marilyn Mitchell, of Jay, Myrtle Taylor and her husband, George, of Livermore Falls, Bertha Moreau and her husband, Jacques, of Livermore Falls, and Howard Morgan of Jay; 32 grandchildren; 87 great-grandchildren; and 43 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her two husbands, William Everett Flagg in 1943, and Archie Morgan in 1969; sons-in-law, Charles Leonard Glidden and Ralph Brewster Sr.; grandchildren, Melanie Payne, Larry N. Flagg and Kenny Brewster.
