KENNESAW, Ga. — Chelsea Hebert, daughter of Donald and Kelli Hebert, has been named to the dean’s list at Kennesaw State University for the fall semester. Chelsea is a 2009 graduate of Lewiston High School. She is currently a junior majoring in nursing.
