NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank announces that Ann Brett has accepted the promotion of senior vice president, chief technology officer.

Brett joined Norway Savings Bank in August of 1983 as a teller and has been a part of the IT department since 1986, with her most recent position as vice president information technology network manager.

Brett received her bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Andover College in Portland and attended the New England School for Financial Studies. Most recently she has attended the National School of Finance, ABA Stonier Program and will graduate in June.

Brett serves as an engaged member for multiple committees at Norway Savings Bank, including project management, risk management, business continuity planning and chairperson of the Technology Business Owners. In addition, she serves on the Maine Bankers Expo Advisory and Oxford Hills Comprehensive Technical Advisory Committee.
