AUBURN — The MEMIC Center for Workplace Safety at Central Maine Community College will host “Integrating Safety with Business Goals.”

The four-part program in leadership will meet Tuesdays, June 5 and 19, and July 17 and 31.

The certificate program is designed to teach ways to integrate safety with business goals and eliminate performance barriers. Participants will develop an action plan to carry out at their workplace and learn to coordinate executive management’s safety goals with frontline supervision. The students will also practice frontline supervisor’s existing managerial skills and attitudes with current learning.

The cost is $850 and includes all materials. This series is open to the public, however MEMIC policy holders are eligible for a discount.
