Choir to perform
FARMINGTON — Teen Challenge Choir will be at Living Waters at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, June 10.
Members come from a variety of backgrounds, ages and upbringings. Their program of music and personal testimonies, aim to bring hope to all who hear them.
There will be a luncheon after the service and everyone is welcome. For more information, call 778-6190 or 491-1205. A bus is available if anyone needs a ride.
Grange cookout
FARMINGTON — Farmington Grange, 124 Bridge St., will hold a “Great American Cookout” from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 9, before the monthly contra dance.
The public is invited, and reservations are requested. The cost is $3 for ages 12 to 5; $7 for 12 and up; under 5, free. The menu will feature hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, cold salads, beans, punch, cookies, pies and bars.

Chapter speaker
FARMINGTON — The Sandy River Valley Chapter, MGS, will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 9, at the Farmington Public Library. The topic will be information about men who served as officers in the Confederate Army with ties to Maine. Anyone with an interest in genealogy is welcome.
