JAY — Public memorial services for Richard “Dick” Rowe of Jay were held Saturday at the Wiles Remembrance Center, Wilton, with Rhonda Wiles-Rosell officiating. His daughter, Ann Rowe-McMullen recited the 23rd Psalm and offered a personal eulogy and his daughter, Donna Rowe gave a personal eulogy and wrote and played a personal song for her dad on the electric keyboard. Following services, the immediate family attended a private committal prayer service at the East Wilton Cemetery and all were invited to attend a reception at the Wilton Fire and Rescue Department.
