LEWISTON — Registered Republican and Democratic voters go to the polls Tuesday to pick their parties’ candidates for the upcoming Senate election in Maine.
Democrats have four candidates to pick from, while Republicans will pick from six.
All 10 are vying to be Maine’s replacement for long-serving Republican U.S. Sen. Olympia Snow. Many on the ballot have said the election is the most important of their lifetime.
