HARTFORD — Longtime Selectman Lee Holman will face two challengers on Tuesday. Holman said she is running on her record.
“Out with the old, in with the new,” opponent Steven Elsman said. “This town needs changes, that’s it.”
Another challenger, Shawn White, said he agreed with the need for changes, especially when it comes to town roads, he said. “They are terrible.”
“I would like to see more events to being the community together,” White said, adding that the sports program needs to be better. “We need a budget that benefits the citizens. Taxes versus benefits.”
The polls will be open at the Town Hall on Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Residents will be voting on the warrant at the annual town meeting on Thursday night at 7 p.m.
