JAY — Children coming home from school Monday may have interrupted a burglary, police said.
The break-in on East Jay Road occurred around 2:30 p.m., Jay Detective Richard Caton IV said Tuesday. Entry into the home was gained by force, he said.
Jewelry, a laptop, a Nintendo Wii and a Nook were taken, he said.
