BUCKFIELD — An unidentified woman was injured Tuesday afternoon after she fell off her horse and was stepped on.

Buckfield Rescue Chief Lisa Buck said the woman fell off the horse at Railroad Bed Road and High Street shortly before 4:30 p.m. The woman was transported to the Central Maine Medical Center where she was treated. Buck said it appears the woman “is going to be fine.”
