FARMINGTON — Franklin Savings Bank has named Sandra P. Goodwin as its new vice president, loan administration.

She will oversee the bank’s lending functions; manage the loan department as well as lend activity at six branches.

Goodwin has nearly 30 years of banking experience in Western Maine, most recently serving as a vice president and regional market manager and area sales manager for Bangor Savings Bank.

Goodwin is an honors graduate from the National School of Banking in Fairfield, Conn. She also earned a bachelor of art degree in history and political science from the University of Maine at Orono, where she was on the Dean’s List and graduated summa cum laude.
