Lewiston Middle School lockers or kindergarten cubbies?

The lockers at LMS have many things wrong with them, but I’m only naming one big thing. The lockers themselves are too small. I can barely fit my lunch box inside. My jacket takes up half the space and my school books the other half. It is not easy to fit all my things inside.

Other than them being too small, some of the lockers’ shelves are broken. We need a place to put things, like electronics, books, lunch boxes and other things so that they aren’t misplaced or stolen. Also, the lock holes to place your lock are sometimes too small for the locks kids buy.

I think the lockers should come with locks already on them, so that the teachers give kids a combination and the kids won’t have to worry about having their stuff stolen, misplaced or getting a lock.

Also, the lockers have the paint chipping off. The lockers should be painted every year or during vacations so that the kids won’t have to worry about paint chips being on the clothes and bags.

The last thing are the hooks. The hooks inside the lockers are falling off or damaged. I can’t even hang my jacket up, so it has to sit at the bottom of my locker.

I think LMS should seriously upgrade the lockers for next year’s students.
