I am a Republican and want to voice my support for returning Larry Sirois to represent the residents of Turner, Minot and Hebron in the state Legislature.

I would be surprised if people in his district haven’t met him because he visits every household every year to listen to our concerns and meet our needs. Residents probably know, as I do, that he is not a party- line kind of guy.

He is a retired math teacher, coach and basketball official. He is committed to educating our kids and creating good-paying jobs.

I know he is proud of his efforts to cut state spending and reduce the size of government while preserving the safety net for elders and the disabled. He is a Democrat who gets it.

I will be voting for Larry Sirois in November because he is the right man for the job.
