* Matthew J. Lavigne, 26, of Farmington, N.H., June 23, domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Tyler J. Martens, 23, of Paris, June 23, three counts of possession of scheduled drug, Paris Police Department.

* Ian C. Peralto, 20, of Norway, June 23, failure to pay fines, Norway Police Department.
