A new slate of officers of Pine Cone Chapter 26, Order of the Eastern Star, Auburn, was installed recently at the Masonic Hall. Mary Ann Perkins was installed worthy matron and Leslie Buzzell worthy patron.

Installing officers were Stephanie J. Dupal, worthy grand matron; Dwight C. Whitney, past grand patron; C. Kelly Landry, associate grand matron, marshal; Samuel Kelly, past patron, chaplain; Marjorie E. Goodwin, past grand matron, organist; and Emily Cobb, star point ceremony.

Distinguished guests present were Stephanie J. Dupal, worthy grand matron; Jerri Holt, past grand matron and grand representative to New Mexico; Marjorie Goodwin, past grand matron; Dwight Whitney, past grand patron; William Stretton, past grand patron; C. Kelly Landry, associate grand matron; Corley Anne Byras, grand secretary; Bernald Tufts, grand sentinel; Nancy Clark, grand electa; and Judith Tufts, district deputy grand matron District 4.

Grand representatives present were Cyndi Matthews to New Hampshire, Elsie Johnson to Kentucky, Lucille Bowers to Wyoming, Sonia Woodrum to Minnesota, Dorothy Whitney to Alabama and Roland Morgan to Pennsylvania.

Refreshments were served in the dining hall after the installation ceremony.
