* Richard A. Burgess, 36, of Mexico, June 27, domestic violence terrorizing, Mexico Police Department.

* Kevin P. Collins, 53, of Brattleboro, Vt., June 27, assault and two counts of gross sexual assault, Maine State Police.

* Trevor Eustis, 20, of Auburn, June 27, failure to appear and theft, Oxford Police Department.

* Gavin Halacy, 20, of Mexico, June 27, theft, Oxford Police Department.

* John A. White, 46, of Woodstock, June 27, operating under the influence, Paris Police Department.
