LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Regina Louise Goslee, 91, passed away Monday, June 25, at Four Courts of Cherokee Park Nursing Home in Louisville, Ky.
 
Regina was born in Lewiston to Josephine McCann Sise and Charles Herman Sise. She grew up across the street from Bates College in Lewiston, later taking her nursing studies in Portland. For most of her early career, she worked as a registered nurse at Maine Central Hospital. She eventually married Roy T. Goslee, following World War II, and moved to his home in Maryland.
 
They raised two sons together. Regina was a 12th-generation descendant of Francis Cooke, an original Mayflower Pilgrim and founder of Plymouth Colony. She has been a lifelong supporter of the Humane Society. As she became elderly, she moved to Louisville to join her son, Carroll, and daughter-in-law, Susan.
 
She was predeceased by her son, James; and her sister, Madeline.
 
She is survived by her son, Carroll; her daughter-in-law, Susan; her brother, Douglas Sise, and her sister-in-law, Betty; granddaughter, Dr. Michele Schuler and her husband, Dan; as well as her three great-grandchildren, Bradley, Jack, and Maggie.
