EAST HADDAM, Conn. — Lillian B. Schufer, of East Haddam, wife of Edward Schufer, passed away on June 24.

Lillian came from Biddeford and attended Hilliard College. She used her management skills to help many businesses succeed. She worked countless years for Timwood Homes, where her passion for home design was appreciated by many. Lillian enjoyed sports, especially the Yankees, crafts, crocheting, knitting, sewing, cards, travel and making people happy.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Ed; daughters, Jan Buxton and Darlene Ganley; her son-in-law, Bill Ganley; granddaughters, Devin, Mallory, Kayla and Shelby; grandsons, Beau and Brett; great-grandchildren, Brexton, Seanna and Addison; siblings, Jeannette, Pauline and Don; in-laws, Ray, Dick, Shirley, John Midge and Ardys; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. All were very special to her.
