LISBON — Funeral services honoring the life of Pierre L. Tanguay were held Friday morning at the Open Door Bible Church with Pastor David Garnett officiating. During the service words of remembrance were shared by Pierre’s caregiver, Teresa Davis, Pierre’s sister, Carmen Duguay and brother-in-law, Philip Duguay. Also sharing words of remembrance were Pierre’s former co-worker Nate Pepin, and Pierre’s good friend, Jon Hess. Amanda Stanley of the Open Door Bible Church sang “God Has Another Plan” in tribute to Pierre.

Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery in Lewiston, Pastor Tim Fox of the Open Door Bible Church recited committal prayers. The pallbearers were Carmen Duguay, Teresa Davis, Erik Davis, Philip Duguay, Norman Stone, Francis Duguay, and Jon Hess. Arrangements by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home, Lewiston
