On Wednesday, July 11, about 20 teens from the Bates Dance Festival’s Young Dancers Workshop will give a short jazz dance demonstration at Festival Plaza in downtown Auburn, starting at 6 p.m. Then starting at 7 p.m., the Auburn Community Concert Band will present “Let’s Dance!,” the fifth performance of its 11-week concert series. The free, 75-minute program will feature popular dance tunes from the past five decades, including songs from the big bands, rock ‘n’ roll and Motown. No rain location is available.
