AUBURN — The Robin Dow Senior Citizens will meet for the annual cookout at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, at the Alden M. Gayton Post 31 American Legion, 426 Washington St.

Members are reminded to bring their cups, as coffee and doughnuts will be served. Lucien Marcoux will be head chef and assisted by volunteers. The menu will include hot dogs and hamburgers.

Members should bring cards and games they would like to play throughout the day. A bonus bingo will follow lunch.

Thirty-four members attended the June 27 meeting under the direction of Carmela Hewitt who filled in for president Helen McGuire.

Members welcomed back Ellie Rolerson and congratulated Al and Merry Strout on their 54th wedding anniversary.

A trip for cruising Lake Winnipesaukee on the M/S Mount Washington will be held Aug. 17. The cost is $65 and includes a luncheon buffet. Nonmembers are welcome. For more information, call Evelyn Sawin at 998-4577.
