NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank announces that Anita Hamilton has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior credit analyst.
Hamilton recently received her Credit Risk Certification designation from the Risk Management Association. She is among a select few commercial credit analysts in the state to hold that designation.
Currently, Hamilton is responsible for analyzing the financial statements of complex businesses for the purpose of underwriting commercial loans. She is also responsible for administratively reviewing commercial and residential appraisals for the Commercial Credit Department.
Hamilton has been with the bank since 2001 where she began as a clerk/analyst. In 2002 she became a full-time commercial credit analyst in the main office in Norway. Over the past nine years, she has successfully completed various courses and seminars related to commercial lending, commercial credit analysis, commercial loan documentation, real estate appraisal review and construction monitoring.
Outside of work, she serves as a trustee for the Norway Historical Society.
