* Devin R. Spencer, 20, of Porter, July 9, failure to pay fines, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Darryl P. Streeper Jr., 23, of Mexico, July 9, fugitive from justice, Rumford Police Department.

* Daniel W. Richard, 26, of Rumford, July 10, two charges of aggravated drug trafficking and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.

* Russell J. Dupree, 48, of Mexico, July 11, disorderly conduct, Mexico Police Department.
