RUMFORD — Pricilla A. Sargent, 70, of Third Street in Dixfield, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, at Rumford Hospital following a long illness.

She was born in Rumford, Dec. 22, 1941, a daughter of J. Patrick and

Cecile (Belanger) Parent. Pricilla enjoyed scrapbooking, attending and watching the races and shopping.

Surviving are her children, Julie LeBlanc and husband, Chris, of Rumford, and Ricky Sargent of Dixfield; two sisters, Patricia Knapp and husband, Richard, of Roxbury and Theresa Bolduc and husband, Francis, of Andover; three brothers, Albert Parent of Massachusetts, Harvey Parent and wife, Betty, of Mexico and Lionel Parent and wife, Sue, of Rumford; three grandchildren, Sheri Brown and husband, Josh, Carrie Thibodeau, and Ricky Sargent Jr. and wife, Becky; and five great-grandchildren, Kristen and Tyler Brown, Joshua Thibodeau, Kyle Cote, and Zach Sargent.

She was predeceased by her parents; a daughter, Vicky Sargent; a grandson, Joey Sargent; and her companion, Steve Hodgkins.
