On July 4th I drove by a variety store with gas pumps . . . and noticed the price of gas had gone up 10 cents from the previous day. Six hours later, as I drove by, it had gone up another 4 cents for an increase of 14 cents in one day. We are told that there’s no price gouging in this business, so why does a screwdriver come to mind?
