I just wanted to take this opportunity to commend Gov. Paul LePage for calling it as it is in his weekend radio address when he said the Supreme Court’s decision on the Affordable Care Act left people with no choice but to buy health insurance or “pay the new Gestapo — the IRS.”

It is about time that someone tells it as it is.

I went to ELHS (class of 1959) and lived in Auburn. I presently live in South Carolina and am impressed with LePage. I want to ask all of my former classmates to stand by him, and congratulate him for his honesty.

It is about time that someone speaks the truth.
