LIVERMORE FALLS — An Otis Street resident woke up at 12:15 a.m. after hearing something hit a window.
When he was up for the day, he noticed a chunk of tar had been thrown at the window and broke the glass, police chief Ernest Steward Jr. said. After he read the police report, he said, it appears there were two panes of glass and the tar broke one.
Police are looking into the incident.
