For 19 years the Great Falls Balloon Festival has been creating color and excitement in L-A’s skies and memories for festival-goers. To celebrate its 20th year, we’d like to hear your best Balloon Festival memories — the good (the balloon wedding), the bad (the broken arm), the funny (three doughboys in one sitting), the disappointing (rained out of the last five balloon rides).
