A rainbow appeared over the Androscoggin River above Pennacook Falls in Rumford after a rainstorm Wednesday.
Due to a lack of rain and no high-flow releases at the Brookfield Power dam on the Androscoggin River, the ledges at Pennacook Falls in Rumford are exposed. This view is from the Information Center off Route 2 at the bottom of Falls Hill.
