FARMINGTON – Police are investigating a burglary at a Court Street apartment that netted the thief some cash.

The burglary was reported Tuesday night and is believed to have occurred during the daylight hours, police secretary Bonnie Pomeroy said Wednesday. There was no sign of forced entry, but the residents believed they locked the door when they left, she said.
