Rangeley Friends of the Arts and the Oquossoc Lady and Loon Lodge have teamed up to bring the Ragged Jack trio and the

, above, to Rangeley on Thursday, Aug. 16. Ragged Jack plays American roots/rockabilly. The quintet plays a range of styles, from classical to Dixieland.The two groups will perform on two boats and give an 8:15 p.m. public concert on the lawn of Loon Lodge,  16 Pickford Road. Tickets are $10 for the 45-minute presentation of “Music From The Lake”at the lodge. Tickets are available at the Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce office, 6 Park Road, and at the door. Bring a chair or blanket. For reservations for an early dinner at Loon Lodge, call 865-5666.
