The following arrests were logged by the Police Department:

* Phillip Ellis, 52, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of operating under the influence, turned himself into the police station at 4:03 p.m. Aug. 12 on River Street. He was released after paying $1,250 in fines.

* Corrine Donahue, 24, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of disorderly conduct, 8:39 p.m. Aug. 9 on Franklin Street. She was released after paying $155 in fines.
