WINDSOR — Glen H. Bailey, 75, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Aug. 22, at his home.
He was born in Cambridge, May 10, 1937, a son of the late Harold S. and Arlene H. (Lander) Bailey. Mr. Bailey was a graduate of Dexter High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He had been employed for 30 years at BIW as a tin smith.
Mr. Bailey is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth A. “Betty” (Hoxie) Bailey of Windsor; two daughters, Julie Bailey-Breau and her husband, Bob, of Auburn and Amy Bailey and her husband, Tony Brown, of Winslow; three sisters, Jean MacLauchlan of Connecticut, Alice Roberts and her husband, Jack, of Massachusetts, and Vornie Colbath and her husband, Tim, of Florida; a granddaughter, Rebecca Breau; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
