* Paul L. Esty, 49, of Paris, Aug. 23, domestic violence assault, carrying a concealed weapon, criminal restraint and operating without a license, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Jacob A. Ortiz, 33, of Rumford, Aug. 24, domestic violence assault with offense, Rumford Police Department.

* Angela M. Theriault, 28, of Norway, Aug. 24, operating after suspension, Norway Police Department.
