AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer a bartending course Wednesday evenings, Sept. 12 through Nov. 14. The time is 6 to 9 p.m. and the cost is $350, including all materials.

Students will learn the basics of professional bartending and mixology and its application in restaurants, clubs and function facilities. This course also includes the Maine Course, a six-hour seminar in the responsible service of alcohol as required by the State of Maine Liquor Commission and the Department of Human Services.
