Frost Farm Gallery in Norway will hold a First Friday reception for its “A Native Tale” exhibit, featuring images by photographer Sam Little, on Friday, Sept. 7. Little  says he is motivated to find new ways to contain the wildness of beauty within a frame. Maine singer-songwriter Brad Hooper, whose performances lean toward the blues, will perform at the reception from 5 to 8 p.m. at the gallery at David W. Frost farm, 272 Pikes Hill.
