AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer Supervising People: the Essential Skills for Leaders.
This five-part series will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays, Sept. 21 to Oct. 19. The cost is $315, including workbooks and materials.
This program will help managers, supervisors and team leaders identify communication barriers, performance issues and will provide tools to address difficult employees. Topics include communication, coaching for improved performance, team building and collaborative team problem solving.
