The Veggies will have a double-header weekend, starting with a show from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, in the Fusion lounge at the Ramada Inn, 490 Pleasant St., Lewiston. Then on Saturday, the band will bring its music, classic rock from the 1980s and ’90s to current dance tunes, to Fastbreaks,1465 Lisbon St., Lewiston. Band members are Donnie Hebert, guitar and lead vocals; Steve Mahalick, bass guitar; Ray Tardiff, drums; John Rabassa, saxophone and lead guitar; and Charlie Morin, back-up vocals and percussion. No cover charge for both events.
