FARMINGTON — Franklin Community Health Network is hosting meetings in four locations in lieu of its traditional annual meeting at Franklin Memorial Hospital.
Those attending will receive a printed annual report, along with updates regarding new medical staff, new services and programs, new patient safety initiatives and future plans. Presenters will include Rebecca Ryder, president of Franklin Community Health Network, and Joseph Bujold, board chairman.
Everyone is invited to attend one of the meetings. They are:
* Farmington: Sept. 24, 5:30 to 7 p.m., Franklin Memorial Hospital Bass Room
* Rangeley: Sept. 26, 5:30 to 7 p.m., Loon Lodge Function Room
* Carrabassett Valley: Sept. 27, 5:30 to 7 p.m., Sugarloaf Hotel Carrabassett Room
These meetings will include a social hour from 5:30 to 6 p.m. with appetizers and refreshments. The program will start promptly at 6 p.m.
Jay: Sept. 28, 7:30 to 9 a.m., LaFleur’s Restaurant. A complimentary breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8 a.m. The program will begin promptly at 8 a.m.
The presentation of the annual Community Health Leadership Award takes place at the Farmington location. Dr. Robert O’Reilly, president of FMH’s medical staff, will give a brief medical staff update.
