Every two years, voters are given the opportunity to choose their legislators. This November, those who live in Western Maine’s Senate District 13 have the opportunity to elect Dennise Whitley. Her education, experience and record of accomplishments have prepared her to be a leader in the Senate.

She spent more than 30 years working in hospital management and she was the first woman elected to the Franklin Savings Bank Board of Directors. With a master’s degree in health management and policy, she is prepared to study, analyze and address the difficult issues the Legislature and the people of Maine will face.

Her commitments to job growth, K-12 education, health care and affordable access to higher education make her worthy of support.

This November, I will remember Dennise Whitley’s name and vote for her.
