KINGSPORT, Tenn. — Debra J. Donahue, 52, of Kingsport, Tenn., passed away Tuesday, Aug. 28, at her home, with her family by her side, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Rumford, Oct. 23, 1959. Debbie lived in Kingsport, Tenn., since 1990, and was a CNA, working in the healthcare profession. She enjoyed reading books, but especially enjoyed her cookbooks and cooking/baking for her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Gordon “Gordy” Donahue; two sons, Neil Priest and Travis Robbins and wife, Chyanne, all of Kingsport, Tenn.; three grandbabies which were her special angels, Deirra, Paisley and Isaiah; mother, Rose Robbins of Lewiston; three brothers, Jerry and Kim Robbins of Canton, Dean and Colette Robbins of Monmouth and Michael and Pam Robbins of Palmyra; nieces and nephews; and two special friends, Amanda Purkey and Beverly Staniford.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Francis Thereau; father, Vernon Robbins; paternal grandparents, John and Everlyn Robbins; and uncle, Brad Robbins.
